Consent for the investor newsletter

I hereby give my consent for coreway GbR, Bischof-Keppler-Straße 9, 73525 Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany, to send me a regular (monthly) investor newsletter by e-mail and to store and process my e-mail address for this purpose.

Purpose of data processing: The e-mail address is processed exclusively for the purpose of sending the investor newsletter.

Voluntary nature of consent: The provision of my e-mail address and consent to its processing are voluntary. I can revoke my consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future by sending an e-mail to [kontakt@coreway.de] or use the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

Duration of storage: My e-mail address will only be stored for as long as is necessary to send the newsletter or until I withdraw my consent. After I withdraw my consent or the newsletter is no longer sent, my e-mail address will be deleted from the mailing list, unless there are statutory retention obligations.

Rights of the data subject: I am aware that I have the following rights under the GDPR: the right to information about my processed data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
