Purchase contract

between

Coreway UG Bischof-Keppler-Straße 6, 73525 Schwäbisch Gmünd hereinafter referred to as "Seller"

and

The customer who makes the purchase via the seller's website, hereinafter referred to as the "buyer".

§1 Subject matter of the contract

The seller undertakes to allow the buyer to use the software CorewayInsights for a period of six months. The tool enables detailed lifestyle analyses, nutritional recommendations and helps to improve Coreway prediction by using personal data.

§2 Scope of services

  1. Use of the software CorewayInsights for six months.
  2. Access to all functions of the software.
  3. One-off payment of 29,99 € (instead of 79,99 €).
  4. No automatic renewal after six months.
  5. 100 % money-back guaranteewhich can be asserted within the contract term of six months without giving reasons. This must be done via email, kontakt@core-way.de be demanded.

§3 Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when the order is placed via the seller's website and the purchase is confirmed by the seller by e-mail. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions contained in this contract.

§4 Terms of payment

  1. The buyer undertakes to pay a one-off fee in the amount of 29,99 €.
  2. Payment is made exclusively by credit card and Apple Pay.
  3. After receipt of payment, the buyer shall receive access to the software in accordance with the agreed conditions.

§5 Right of withdrawal and right of return

  1. The buyer has the right to demand a full refund of the purchase price within six months without giving reasons.
  2. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the request via the original payment method.

§6 Rights of use

  1. The purchaser receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the software CorewayInsights for the duration of the contract.
  2. Passing on or commercial use of the software is expressly prohibited.

§7 Limitation of liability

  1. The seller is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data resulting from the use of the software.
  2. The software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties as to specific results or improvements in comfort.

§8 Data protection

  1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available on the Seller's website.
  2. The buyer has the right to information, correction and deletion of his data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

§9 Final provisions

  1. Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
  2. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
  3. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of the seller.
