Coreway develops digital therapy solutions that cover the key steps in dealing with chronic inflammatory bowel disease - from data-based self-monitoring to proactive support in everyday life. Our goal is clear: to noticeably improve the quality of life of people with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

We are currently conducting a prospective study to ensure that our app delivers real added value. We are checking whether:

Improved self-perception through CorewayInsights reduces the perceived symptom burden over 12 weeks
regular use of the app measurably improves the health-related quality of life of people with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis

In this way, we are creating a scientifically sound basis for digital IBD management that noticeably helps in everyday life.

Ulcerative colitis suffererAs a person with IBD, everyday life can sometimes be really difficult, especially when planned appointments or meetings can't be kept because you can't leave the house due to the acute symptoms. I hope that the new coreway app will help me to better plan my everyday life with IBD. If I receive early warning of a new inflammatory flare-up, I can plan my days better. Early intervention, e.g. a short-term change in diet, planning more rest periods, is also extremely important. I could counteract an impending flare-up much better this way. I can hardly wait until the app supports me in dealing with my IBD. I am already eternally grateful to the coreway team!
